Company Background

A Brief History

In late 2005 Brian Lehmer was working as a leading creative director in the design department of a fast growing company in California. When he decided to move back to the Midwest and start an independent design and marketing consulting firm, his former employer became his first client.

Though design has been our occupation since day one, we've evolved into a specialized firm, with branding and illustration now our primary focus.

In 2009 Brian Lehmer initiated a reorganization of the company. The now privately held 'Lehmer & Associates LLC' continues to do business under our trademark Lehmer & Associates.

Commitment

Using an efficient business model we can adapt quickly to economic change, design trends, and logistic requirements. Lehmer & Associates was started and chooses to remain debt free as a matter of company policy.

Our plans for growth retain the idea of using experienced and qualified managing designers to oversee and work on projects for between one to three clients at most.

We work remotely. That means we can work for clients who are not in the same location as us. Most are well outside our location in the heart of the United States, Springfield, Missouri.

We have worked with clients in California, Nebraska, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, and Minnesota. Whether in our state or outside the U.S., our services are always within reach.

This also makes us readily adaptable to our client's needs. We can quickly assemble a specialized team to take on any challenge. We have used exceptional talent from around the world - finding it in such places as Kiev, Ukraine and Bristol, UK.
